Masks by Zero-Equals-Infinity
Masks are surfaces. They give form to what lies beneath them. I use masks to give a near-human face to the swirling forces that move beneath the surface. It reminds me of how when we see a person's face we associate that face through our memory with an identity which we find familiar. What we often forget is that unconscious movements are shaping what we see and who we are moment by moment.
