Contests
Contests are artistic challenges for members. The winners are decided by community vote. The process is:
1. New contests are announced to the whole community via a Hideout forum thread that will appear on you messages page.
2. The contest announcement will include a keyword for the contest. To enter, simply post your artwork as usual, but include this keyword in your description. Your artwork will be automatically displayed on the contest page.
3. You can find the contest page for each contest via the links on the right hand side of the stalking page.
4. When the closing date arrives, the contest will be placed in voting mode for around a week, then winners are announced.
Voting
1. To vote in a contest, you must first wait until the voting period begins.
2. Go to the contest page where the entry thumbnails are displayed. You will see three tickboxes beneath each thumbnail.
3. You must place at least seven ticks on the page. You can vote for each entry once, twice, three times or not at all.
4. The more votes you place, the less value each of your votes has. The total value of your votes remains the same.
5. If you want to change your vote, simply fill out the voting form again - all previous votes by you will be erased. You may re-vote as many times as you like.
6. You are permitted to vote for your own work.
